Celebration Cakes

We made this 2-tiered Soul Train themed birthday cake for a celebrant with dancing fever. The cake is topped with a custom acrylic 2-layer black and gold 60th birthday topper and a gumpaste record with pink label. The cake has a rainbow-colored disco floor background and dancer silhouettes-all black with silver outline under the edible silver disco ball. And of course we created an edible version of the edible gold Soul Train with colorful smoke at the top and white smoke at the bottom.

The cake was topped with a light pink heart birthday topper with the inscription, 'Happy Birth-Tay Eden' and an edible version of Taylor Swift's glittery silver guitar.

We created this single tier Delta Sigma Theta cake for sorors celebrating their sister's birthday. We used a red and white color palette, sorority Greek letters, and hand painted a gumpaste 2D elephant cutout.

We created this One Piece themed birthday cake for a celebrant turning 23. This one-tiered birthday cake features the central character Luffy's infamous hat, the black skull and crossbones flag, an edible overflowing treasure chest-red and gold with gold coins and pearls, and jewels, an dark gray anchor and a red and white lifesaver with a little sand and bones and a personalized inscription.

We added 'The Office' sign on the baseboard in black and white. The bottom tier is blue fondant with 'It Is Your Birthday' banner flanked by deflated black, brown, and gray balloons and a 'Happy Birthday Eli' silver nameplate on top. The top tier has a pretzel inset in honor of Pretzel Day and is topped with a World's Best Birthday Girl (Boss is crossed out) white mug. And we added sticky notes all over the cake with the birthday girl's favorite quotes from "The Office" tv show.
