Sculpted, Dynamic, &
Gravity-Defying Cakes

A fondant waffle cone filled with cake and buttercream and topped with melted white chocolate ganache to look like melted ice cream. There are ice cream scoops in between the cream and pink silk flowers and a colorful wafer paper hummingbird and a couple gold butterflies.

We customized this edible purse cake for an 80 year old who loves Coach purses and powder blue. We modeled this sculpted birthday cake after Coach's pillow quilted shoulder bag and we created a special handbag line by using the client's initials highlighted in silver.
